Kapa & Co. is a lifestyle brand created in 2024 out of a love for the Finke Desert Race. The race started in 1976, and is held in the town of Alice Springs every year on the King's birthday long weekend (2nd weekend in June). It is a gruelling 2 day off-road desert race involving motorbikes and buggies on a stretch of 460km dirt track. People from all walks of life are able to enter the race and experience one of the most difficult and remote tracks in the world. The race starts in Alice Springs and goes to Aputula (Finke community) and back to Alice Springs the following day.
